Water Projection Screens
Back projection is a high impact way to project video and images onto a film of water. Projected images appear holographic and surrounding low light levels further enhance the visual effect.
Downward discharging linear water screens are attached to box trusses at ground level then flown out to your desired height (3m – 15m high) creating a screen of water. The water falls into custom built troughs and is recirculated through the system.
A fan jet effect can be used on lakes or pools. They create a rising screen with controlled height (up to 10m high and 20m wide). Pumps are slung under a modular flotation system and controlled from land.
These screens require to be back projected onto and are suitable for use with video, laser, projection, conventional and intelligent lighting.
Larger bespoke screens are available using large sky jet nozzles up to 20m high and 40m wide
Please note that Water Sculptures don’t provide the actual Projection Media but are happy to liaise with your media supplier.
